REINVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP (RPC)/MINI-LOAN

A unique public-private partnership between local financial institutions and governmental agencies (Warren, Niles, and Trumbull County), the RPC Mini-Loan program was created in 1992 to assist local businesses with those costs associated with start-up and expansion.

The Commercial Facade Improvement program was created to assist owners of commercial buildings with the renovation, restoration and preservation of exterior building facades, parking areas, and landscaping.
