The Bailiff's Office, one of the more visible components of the
court, provides various types of support services to the Judges and the Clerk of Courts.
This office is often a citizens' initial contact with the
Warren Municipal Court.

A courtroom Bailiff has the most contact with the general public and
is charged with the management and general order of the courtroom.

Service Bailiffs annually serve thousands of subpoenas and civil papers for the Clerk of Courts.

Bailiffs also perform physical evictions ordered by the
court, as well as seizure and action ordered by the Court of Execution and Replevin Actions. Bailiffs are
also charged with maintaining order at eviction sites and conducting auctions for seized property.
