Each year, the
Community Development Department undergoes an extensive
public participation process in order to set priorities
for federal funding. Projects are selected
according to the goals and objectives as laid out in
the five-year Consolidated Housing and Community
Development Plan, and are then made available for 30
days of public review before submission to HUD.
