GARBAGE COLLECTION

In order to best utilize the services of the Environmental Services Department, please refer to the following list of federal holidays in which your garbage collection may be affected.

 

During the week of the following federal holidays, garbage collection

WILL BE delayed by one day following the holiday.

 

NEW YEAR'S DAY

MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY

MEMORIAL DAY

INDEPENDENCE DAY (JULY 4)

LABOR DAY

THANKSGIVING

CHRISTMAS

 

During the week of the following federal holidays garbage collection

WILL NOT BE delayed following the holiday.

 

PRESIDENTS DAY

COLUMBUS DAY

VETERANS DAY

FRIDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING

 

 

LEAF COLLECTION

The official curbside leaf collection season in the City of Warren will run from  November 1 through November  26, 2010. Please do not leave leaf bags at the curb before or after these dates. Leaves will be collected in your area of the City according to the following schedule:

Northeast	MONDAY NIGHT	Tuesday
Southeast	TUESDAY NIGHT	Wednesday
Southwest	THURSDAY NIGHT	Friday

 

All leaves must be in Paper Yard Waste Bags, PLEASE, NO TAPE ON BAGS.

 

Residents are welcome to bring leaves to the Environmental Services Department between the hours of 5:30am and 3:00pm from October through December 2010 .
