What if I can't roll my toter to the curb?

Disability service is available through the City of Warren.  In order to qualify for this service, you must be physically unable to move the toters to the curb and you must live alone or with another disabled person.  It must be completed and signed by the person whose name is on the water utility account.  It must be signed by a physician licensed to practice medicine in the United States in order to verify the disability.  The completed form can be faxed or mailed to our office for review.  If the application is approved, your sanitation worker will walk up to the house to get and return your toter.
