The Wall That Heals Arrives in Warren

On Tuesday, August 14, a 373-person motorcycle escort accompanied The Wall That Heals to its destination on the South Lawn of Packard Music Hall. The Wall That Heals is a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial along with a mobile Education Center. Visitors may view The Wall Thursday, August 16 through Sunday, August 19. Road Closings: The Wall That Heals

Access to Packard Park will be altered for The Wall That Heals from August 14 until August 20. Visitors should note the following items:
South Entrance of Packard Park will be for Handicap Only.
North Entrance of Packard Park will serve as both the entrance and exit.
Packard Music Hall parking lot will provide main parking for The Wall That Heals.

Hydrant Flushing

The City of Warren Water Department will conduct hydrant flushing in the City's Northeast and Southeast sections through the spring and summer, and into the Northwest and Southwest in summer and the beginning of fall. Flushing will occur between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Residents may notice low water pressure and brown water during this process.
