Hydrant Flushing

The City of Warren Water Department will conduct hydrant flushing in the City's Northeast and Southeast sections through the spring and summer, and into the Northwest and Southwest in summer and the beginning of fall. Flushing will occur between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Residents may notice low water pressure and brown water during this process. Reserve Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation Project

The City of Warren plans to improve Reserve Avenue between Front Street and Southern Boulevard.  The project proposes to rehabilitate the existing twin (6-span continuous steel beam) Reserve Avenue bridges constructed in 1975.
