How do I access this Service ? Customers should be ready with: 1. The 9 character alpha-numeric account number (located on your billing statement) 2. You will also need your customer number (located next to your account number) 3. The balance owed on your bill, and 4. Your credit card. To access the service, either: • Call toll free 1.888.552.4693 • Click on Paymentus logo at the top or click here and go to secure third party website at Paymentus Corporation. Why is there a Service Fee ? Paymentus charges a fee to use their service. The fee covers payment handling and processing charges. Is the City of Warren Water Department getting any part of the fee ? The City of Warren Water Department does NOT receive any part of the service fee. Paymentus is an independent company providing a service for the City of Warren Water Department.
Please note: If your account is subject to disconnect or has been disconnected for non-payment, you will need to come in to the office located at 580 Laird Ave. SE to make your payment. No online payments are accepted for terminated or disconnected services. Additional reconnection fees may apply if you have been disconnected.
