If you are a new resident or business locating in the City of Warren, you will need to make a trip to the Water Department in order to sign up for service.

The Water Department is located at 580 Laird Avenue SE.

 

To sign up for an account, you will need to bring photo identification and copy of lease or purchase agreement. A deposit will also be charged for your water account; the amount is listed below. You will be issued a refund upon relocation out of the City of Warren, or it may be applied to your final bill.

 

If you rent your home, your landlord must have registered that residence as a rental property before you are able to register for an account. You must bring a copy of your lease or rental agreement when signing up.
