STREET MAINTENANCE
The Operations Department maintains
city streets throughout the year. This includes:

Street painting: Lines, arrows,
school crossings, stop bars

Road repair
and pothole
patching
-
Street signs: replacing and
repairing
-
Guard rail repair
-
Snow removal

to city streets or city street signs, please call 330.841.2639 Monday
through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
Annually, the City of Warren contracts
the sweeping of improved city streets. This contract
runs March through December for all curbed streets. The Central Business District is swept every Sunday evening. Each year arterial streets are swept 9 times and residential
curbed streets are swept 7 times.
SNOW REMOVAL
Have you ever wondered why your street is always plowed first or last?
The Operations Department has a set schedule of those streets
which must be cleared before others. First priority is always
given to school and hospital zones. Beyond that, the city is
divided into primary, secondary, and side streets. The following
two lists prioritize primary and secondary streets in each quadrant of the
city:
