Water and Sewer Rates
Three charges appear on your monthly Utility Services bill: water, sewage and sanitation. Rates per hundred cubic feet (748 gallons) for the water and sewer portions of your bill appear below. Effective January 1, 2016.

Adjusted Water Rates for Senior Citizens
Senior Citizen Rates are also available to city residents. To be eligible for the following water rates, the individual must be 65 years of age or over or be permanently and totally disabled, considered head of household, and have a gross family income not exceeding $12,000 per year.
