The Request for Paper Copy Bid Book form must be completed and submitted prior to the bid book being released. The cost for the Paper Copy is $50.00, make checks payable to “City of Warren”.
If anyone has any issues using the Fill in Form, regular PDF versions are available to be printed, scanned, and emailed/faxed in.
