To request a Paper Copy of the Bid Book, please complete the Request for Paper Copy Bid Book fill in form and click the email button to email the request form (all fields are required to be completed prior to emailing). The cost for the Paper Copy is $50.00 and will be collected when you pick up the bid book. Checks should be made payable to “City of Warren”. Please do not stop into the office to pick up your book until you are contacted to do so.
If anyone has any issues using the Fill in Forms, regular PDF versions are available to be printed, completed, scanned, and emailed. All fields on the request forms are required to be completed.
