On January 19th Warren City Health and Trumbull County Combined Health will offer the 3rd Point of Dispensing (POD) to address the remaining Tier 1A population (1st dose)

Tier 1A individuals previously vaccinated at Packard Music Hall on January 12th shall return for their 2nd dose February 9th and those vaccinated January 19th shall return on February 16th.

Additionally, residents 65 years of age and older are to call the Warren City Health Department at 330-841-2596 to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment at 258 East Market St. 

We are currently accepting calls for:

• Jan. 19, 2021 – Residents 80 years of age and older
• Jan. 25, 2021 – Residents 75 years of age and older; those with severe congenital or developmental disorders as outlined above. 
• Feb. 1, 2021 – Residents 70 years of age and older.
• Feb. 8, 2021 – Residents 65 years of age and older.
